PP-YARNS

Polypropylenyarns as economic solution for filling up spaces in cables of all kind.
PP yarns are hydrophobic and free of halogens.

COTTON-YARNS

Cotton Yarns and Cords will be used commonly as cable filler because of its good thermal properties.

0,6 – 16,0 mm twisted Diameters
100 % cotton or as cotton-mixed yarn (85 % Cotton/15 % Synthetic)

PAPER-YARNS

Paper Yarns from natron kraftpaper are heat-resistant and will be used as filler-yarns in power cables.

RIPCORDS, BINDERYARNS AND WB- YARNS

POLYESTER + POLYAMIDE

Polyester and Polyamide yarns and threads will be used in many different cable designs as ripcords or binder yarns.

All types in linear density and yarn constructions
High tensile strength and excellent cutting properties
Low until “ultra low” shrinkage (0,5 %) available

ARAMIDE / VECTRAN

Aramide and Vectran yarns offer highest values in tensile strength and are first choice for ripcords which must cut thick-wall- or metallic materials.

WATERBLOCKING YARNS

Waterblocking Yarns will be used in different cable designs for longitudinal watertightness as flat binderyarn or as round and thick filleryarn.

As flat polyester-multifilament yarn with super absorbent polymers
As round polyester spun-yarn with swelling fibres
Low-dust during processing
Extremely high swelling properties (up to 50times)
